Terminspot is a marketplace to find and book free appointment slots with therapists (e.g. psychotherapists, masseurs) in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Unlike some of our other apps, Terminspot is not a purely on-device app — booking a real appointment requires sending information to the therapist and to our backend (Google Firebase).
Booking a free slot does not require creating an account or signing in. To complete a booking you enter your name and email address. This information is:
We do not use your name or email for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Therapists who want to publish appointment slots create a profile (name, profession, practice city/postal code, contact email, optional professional registration number, and a short bio). This profile is shown publicly to patients so they can find and book with you. Publishing slots requires an active Premium subscription, processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) via RevenueCat. We do not process or store payment details ourselves — Apple, Google, and RevenueCat handle billing, using only what is needed to validate your subscription.
Appointment slots and bookings are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the EU. We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive anonymous crash/error reports so we can fix bugs — these reports do not include your name, email, or booking details.
Past bookings are kept so therapists can look up appointment history. If you want your booking data deleted, contact us (below) and we will remove it.
This app is not intended for children under 16 years of age.
