The app provides general information and self-tracking tools for personal, informational purposes only. It is not medical, health, financial, or professional advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Any reports or summaries the app generates are intended to support, not replace, a conversation with a qualified professional. Always consult an appropriate professional (for example, a physician for health questions) before making decisions based on the app. You use the app at your own risk.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own private, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
The app may offer an optional subscription and/or a one-time Lifetime purchase that unlocks premium features. Purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them in your store account. Entitlement handling uses RevenueCat. We do not process or store your payment information.
The app is designed to keep your data on your device. Please see the Privacy Policy for details on what is stored and how. You are responsible for keeping your own backups where the app offers an export or backup feature.
You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its services, and, where the app offers optional cloud or community features, not to use offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Optional cloud features depend on third-party services and may change or be unavailable. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the developer's country of residence within the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
