By using Terminspot ("the app"), whether as a patient booking an appointment or as a therapist publishing appointment slots, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Terminspot is a booking marketplace that connects patients with therapists (e.g. psychotherapists, massage therapists) who choose to publish open appointment slots. Terminspot is not a medical or healthcare provider, does not give medical advice, and does not independently verify the qualifications, licenses, or professional registration of therapists beyond what a therapist self-reports when creating a profile (an optional "verified" indicator reflects a manual check by us, not a legal guarantee). You are responsible for evaluating any therapist and their services yourself.
Booking a slot does not require creating an account. To complete a booking you provide your name and email address, which are shared with the therapist so they know who is coming (see the Privacy Policy for details). A booking is a commitment to attend or to cancel with the therapist directly — Terminspot does not manage cancellations, rescheduling, or payment for the appointment itself; that is between you and the therapist.
Therapists may register a public profile (name, profession, practice location, contact email, bio, optional registration number) that is shown to patients. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own listing. We may remove or refuse a listing at our discretion, for example if information appears false or misleading.
Publishing appointment slots requires an active Premium subscription (monthly or yearly, with an optional free trial). Purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them in your store account at any time. Entitlement handling uses RevenueCat. We do not process or store your payment information. Patients never need a subscription — browsing and booking is always free.
You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its services, not to submit false or misleading profile/listing information, and not to use booking contact details for unrelated advertising or spam.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Terminspot is currently offered in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland and may change or be unavailable at times; we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the app, including missed, cancelled, or unsatisfactory appointments arranged through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the developer's country of residence within the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
